After registering and logging in, you are taken to the control panel, where you can customize the system for your business. For more details on system customization, please refer to the User Guide and the “System Customization” section.

Please note that you are initially in a test account. In order to start working with real data you need to pass KYC and swap to a product account.

Once you have set up the system and tested your theories in a test account, and passed all the necessary verifications you can integrate our services into your website.

All that's left is to top up the “Account balance” and the system will start working!

Congratulations, all stages of customization have been completed! Now you can monitor your progress in the “Home” section or connect your CRM and analytics systems!

KYC is a required personal data verification which is necessary to identify our customers. This can be legal entity information and personal information about the business representative and those who own or control the business. Our provider then attempts to perform verification. In some cases, additional information may be required, including, for example, a scan of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or both.

The “Home” section is the main page of your personal account, it contains analytical information, as well as reports on operations in the system.

In the “Dashboard” subsection you can view analytical information about all your “Wallet group” and “Rewards campaign”. Based on this data, you can conduct your own analytics, build theories and test them.

The “Reports” subsection contains reports summarizing all transactions in the system. They can help you with your bookkeeping and serve as an archive. You can also upload a similar report with the parameters you choose for your needs at any time.

You can send an invitation to your employees through the “Teams” section. You can also assign them the selected role and restrict access rights for each role at your discretion.

We have compiled a test role model for you that includes restrictions for different types of employees, but it is only for guidance. We strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with this section and assign access rights to your employees before inviting them to the system.
